 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. ONLY 100 PERCENT COVERAGE WAS
 INDICATED.
  
 2, REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C), PALM
 TREES MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT
 OF THE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS
 ARTICLE. WHEN PALM TREES ARE SUBSTITUTED FOR SHADE
 TREES, TWO PALM TREES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH
 REQUIRED SHADE TREE. HOWEVER, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-445 (4) (B), WHEN USING THIS SUBSTITUTION, A MINIMUM
 OF THREE PALM TREES PER CLUSTER IS REQUIRED. THE SINGLE
 ADONIDIA PALMS DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED POINCIANA TREE ALONG THE SOUTH
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE WILL BE TOO CLOSE TO OVERHEAD
 POWER LINES. THIS TREE SPECIES CANNOT BE PLANTED WITHIN
 30 FEET OF OVER HEAD LINES. PLEASE CHANGE THE SPECIES
 TO COMPLY WITH FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE IN THE RIGHT
 PLACE" PROGRAM.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE. OPEN
 SPACE IS DETERMINED BY TAKING THE TOTAL LOT AREA AND
 DEDUCTING THE FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING. WHAT IS LEFT
 IS OPEN SPACE. PLEASE SHOW HOW YOU ARRIVED AT THE OPEN
 SPACE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (E), HEDGES SHALL BE
 PLANTED AT LEAST 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITH
 TWO-TO-THREE-FOOT INTERVALS AT CENTER. THE PROPOSED
 SHRUBS DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 5. THE ONE EXISTING QUEEN PALM DOES NOT SEEM TO RELATE
 TO THE BALANCE OF THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING. PERHAPS IT
 COULD BE RELOCATED ELSEWHERE ON OR OFF SITE.
