 NOT INCLUDE THE SETBACK INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THE
 PREVIOUS REVIEW. SEE BELOW UNDER "REPEAT COMMENT."
 APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS TAKEN ON THE CITY'S GRAPHIC
 INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) INDICATE THAT THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE MAY NOT MEET THE REQUIRED REAR SETBACK, WHICH
 IS A MINIMUM OF 15 FEET FOR THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
 BECAUSE THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE
 BUILDING, IT MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
 A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY SHOWING THE SETBACK OF THE
 SLAB FROM THE PROPERTY LINE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 VERIFICATION.
 IF THE SLAB FOR THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIRED SETBACK, YOU MAY SEEK A VARIANCE FROM THE
 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
  
 REPEAT COMMENT:
