 2004 FBC W/2007 REVISIONS AND ASCE 7-02. THE REVISED
 DRAWINGS SPECIFY THE 2007 FBC AND ASCE 7-05. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 2) THE REVISED PLANS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ORDER OR
 NUMBERING OF THE APPROVED PLANS. IT APPEARS THAT YOUR
 INTENT IS TO SUBMIT ALL NEW DRAWINGS RATHER THAN SIMPLY
 REVISING THE APPROVED DRAWINGS. IF THIS IS THE CASE
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO COMPLETE SETS OF ARCHITECTURAL AND
 STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS. NEW MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING
 DRAWINGS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.
  
 3) ON S3, THE MAXIMUM MEAN ROOF HEIGHT ( DISTANCE FROM
 FINISH GRADE TO MID POINT OF THE HIGHEST SLOPED ROOF)
 IS SPECIFIED AS 25' AND THE ACTUAL MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS
 GREATER. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) ON S3, THE WORST CASE COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURE FOR THE TWO STORY STRUCTURE IN EXPOSURE 'C' IS
 SPECIFIED AS -57 PSF. THIS APPEARS TO BE TOO LOW.
 PLEASE SHOW HOW THIS WAS DETERMINED.
  
 5) THE EDGE PRESSURES ON S3 ARE BOTH SPECIFIED AS
 NEGATIVE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) THE NEW PLANS INDICATE THAT THE LIVING SPACE HAS
 BEEN INCREASED FROM THE APPROVED PLANS. PLANS WILL NEED
 TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF
 ADDITIONAL IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.

 FRONT DOOR (101) AND WOOD DOOR (102).
  
 11) SPECIFY THE APPROVED ASSEMBLY, FASTENING OPTION AND
 MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE FOR THE TAMKO MODIFIED ROOF
 SYSTEM THAT WILL BE INSTALLED. PROVIDE ENHANCED

 2} POOL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN ADDED, A SEPARATE POOL
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS WORK, THE LOAD CALCULATIONS
 AND PANEL SCHEDULE MUST BE REVISED. 105.1FBC.
  
 3} THE METER LOCATION HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SHEET E-1,
 INDICATE LOCATION OF SAME SO THAT COMPLIANCE WITH
 ARTICLES 225 AND 230 CAN BE REVIEWED.
  
 4} KITCHEN RECEPTACLE SPACING MUST COMPLY WITH
 210.52(A), 210.52(C), AND 210.8(A)(6) GFI. THE AREA ON
 EITHER SIDE OF THE RANGE DO NOT APPEAR TO COMPLY WITH
 THE 2' SPACING.
  
 5} THE PANEL INROOM 104 "LAUNDRY, 2ND FLOOR, IS IN
 VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 110.26(A)(2) WIDTH OF WORKING
 SPACE THE WIDTH OF THE WORKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE
 ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT SHALL BE THE WIDTH OF THE EQUIPMENT

 ADDITION TO THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 THIS PROVISION.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-74(A)(3), SIDE SETBACKS FOR
 THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET. THE SECOND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM ADDITION DOES NOT
 CONFORM TO THIS PROVISION.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING,
 AS MEASURED FROM FINISHED GRADE TO THE MEAN POINT OF
 THE PITCHED ROOF. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INDICATE THE
 OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE CHIMNEY. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDRS,
 THE OVERALL MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT IS 30 FEET, AND THE
 CHIMNEY SHALL NOT BE ANY TALLER THAN 33 FEET.
  
 4) PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4), MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK. AS THE EAST PROPERTY LINE HAS THE
 FIVE (5) FOOT SETBACK, THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL
 HAVE A SETBACK OF AT LEAST TEN (10) FEET FOR THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURE; THEREFORE, THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE SET BACK AT LEAST SIX (6) FEET FROM THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE.
