 SUBMITTED IS FOR 2004 CODE. NOTE: THERE IS NOT FORM C
 ON 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) CORRECT THE CLIMATE ZONE. THIS IS NOT ZONE 7.
  
 C) COORDINATE WALL TYPE AND INSULATION, CEILING TYPE
 AND INSULATION WITH INFORMATION SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 D) CLARIFY EXISTING COOLING SEER VALUE. CHECK PLANS AND
 EXISTING UNIT.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
