 2. PROVIDE AWNING FABRIC REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC3105.4.2.1, QUICK RELEASE. THE
 INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD CONSIST OF A SERIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS.
 THIS IS TO BE APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3. PER BUILDING OFFICIAL, WE ARE TO PUT ON THE PERMIT
 FILE A LETTER, OR CONTRACTORS FORM, SIGNED BY THE OWNER
 (NOT THE TENANT) TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO
 HAVE THE AWNING COVER REMOVED PRIOR TO ANY WIND EVENT
 WITH PROJECTED WIND SPEEDS OF 75 MPH OR GREATER. THE
 LETTER/FORM MUST BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER BUT IT NEED NOT

 1) PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE INSTALLATION OF 2
 AWNINGS, AND THERE ARE DETAILED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
 FOR 2 AWNINGS; HOWEVER, IT IS UNCLEAR ON THE SITE PLAN
 AS TO WHERE THE DIVISION OF THE 2 AWNINGS IS LOCATED.
 PLEASE CLARIFY THE SITE PLAN.
  
 2) TWO (2) COPIES OF THE CURRENT AND ACCURATE SITE PLAN
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3) THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS INDICATE THAT THE POSTS
 WILL BE LOCATED ON A FOOTER THAT IS 1 FT. 2 IN. IN
 DIAMETER; HOWEVER, NO DIMENSION WAS PROVIDED SHOWING
 THE SIZE OF THE ACTUAL POST. THE SUPPORT POSTS SHALL
 FALL COMPLETELY WITHIN THE DOUBLE-STRIPE OF THE PARKING
 SPACE AND CANNOT EXTEND ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF THAT
 STRIPING. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL INDICATE THE SIZE OF
 THE POST, AND HOW IT WILL BE LOCATED IN RELATION TO THE
 DOUBLE-STRIPING OF THE PARKING SPACE???..A TYPICAL
 DETAIL WILL BE SUFFICIENT.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
