 1) THE IBIS DESIGN REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT SCREEN
 ENCLOSURES HAVE A THREE (3) FOOT SETBACK FROM SIDE
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2) THE SURVEY SHOWS THE REAR SETBACK OF THE BUILDING AS
 42.7 FEET. THE PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE IS 31 FEET
 LONG. THIS RESULTS IN A REAR SETBACK OF 11.7 FEET FOR
 THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE, NOT THE 10.8 FEET SHOWN ON THE
 SURVEY. PLEASE CORRECT.
