 1. PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW ALL OF THE PARKING SPACE ON THE
 RESTAURANT SITE. THE SURVEY IS NOT CLEAR.
  
 2. ON STREET PARKING SPACES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
 APPROVED BY FDOT. IF YOU INTEND TO USE THE SPACES,
 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITEN APPROVAL FROM FDOT. NOTE THAT THE
 MINIMUM LENGTH FOR PARALLEL PARKING SPACES IS 22 FEET.
  
 3. LOT 5 IS NOT CURRENTLY A PART OF THE MAIN PARCEL
 WHICH CONTAINS THE RESTAURANT BUILDING. THE TWO PARCELS
 WILL NEED TO BE UNIFIED, PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF SUCH.
