 DISTANCE BETWEEN BUILDINGS, DISTANCE FROM PROPOSED NEW
 BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY LINE, BUILDING TYPE (FBC CH 6)
 AND OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION (FBC CH 3). MORE
 INFORMATION MAY BE REQUIRED. ENOUGH INFORMATION SHOULD
 BE PROVIDED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC TABLE 503 AND
 FBC TABLE 602.
  
 2. PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPOSED NEW
 RELOCATED BUILDING. FOR THE BUILDING TO BE RELOCATED,
 PROVIDE EITHER A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PERMIT PLANS, A
 COPY OF THE DCA APPROVED PLAN, OR A SIGNED AND SEALED
 SET OF AS-BUILT PLANS. YOU MAY FIND THE DCA WEBSITE

 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS TO REPLACE THE EXISTING
 TRAILER WITH A BIGGER "EXISTING" TRAILER. PROVIDE
 INFORMATION AS TO WHERE THE EXISTING TRAILER IS BEING
 MOVED FROM. IF THE NEW TRAILER IS NOT COMING FROM THE
 SWA SITE, THEN A FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION
 SHALL BE FILED WITH THE ZONING DIVISION AND APPROVED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THIS BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PLANS STATE THE OLD TRAILER IS MOVING TO A
 DIFFERENT LOCATION ON THE SWA PROPERTY. THE NEW TRAILER
 LOCATION REQUIRES A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE NEW
 LOCATION PRIOR TO BEING RELOCATED.
  
 3) THE PLANS SHOW THE STORAGE BUILDING APPROXIMATELY 10
 FEET AWAY FROM THE EXISTING TRAILER. THE AERIAL OF THE
 AREA SHOWS THE STORAGE BUILDING APPROXIMATELY 40 FEET
 AWAY FROM THE EXISTING TRAILER. THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 SHALL REFLECT ACCURATE CONDITIONS.
  
 4) THE PLANNED USE OF THE TRAILERS APPEARS TO BE FOR AN
 OFFICE. THIS REQUIRES A PARKING AREA FOR THE TRAILER
 MEETING ALL CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIREMENTS, INC. PAVING
 MATERIAL, NUMBER OF SPACES AND LANDSCAPE.
  
 5) THE TRAILERS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET THE FOUNDATION
 PLANTING REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 6) PRIOR TO THE ZONING DIVISION APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT, A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE LANDSCAPE AND ONE FOR
 THE SITE WORK, INCLUDING PARKING, IS REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED. THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE
 TRAILERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE LANDSCAPE AND
 SITE WORK IS INSTALLED AND PASSED INSPECTION.
