 2. THIS PROPERTY IS WITHIN THE BROADWAY MIXED USE
 DISTRICT ("BMUD") BUILDING TYPE II, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-221(D)(7), ALL AWNINGS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 ARCHITECTURE OF THE BUILDING AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO
 THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
  
 A. AWNINGS SHALL BE RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE WITH STRAIGHT

 SUBMITTED PLANS SHOW THREE (3) FOOT AWNINGS)
 D. VALANCES SHALL NOT EXCEED EIGHT INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 PROVIDE ELEVATIONS OF THE AWNINGS SHOWING HOW IT MEETS
 THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE, INCLUDE DIMENSION CLEARANCE
 FROM THE GROUND/SIDEWALK LEVEL TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
 AWNINGS. FDOT, USUALLY REQUIRES NINE (9') OF VISIBILITY
 CLEARANCE.
  
 3. PROVIDE COLORED PICTURES OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4. THE AWNINGS ARE WITHIN A FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION ("FDOT") RIGHT-OF-WAY, THEREFORE A
 PERMIT FROM THE FDOT IS REQUIRED OR LETTER FROM FDOT
 THAT OTHERWISE DOES NOT REQUIRE ONE, PRIOR TO THE
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 PERMIT/LETTER WITH RE-SUBMITTAL.
