 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SIGNS MAY ONLY BE LOCATED IN A
 SIGN BANK 60 PERCENT AS LONG AS THE STORE WIDTH. THE
 FRONTAGE OF 22.5 FEET ONLY ALLOWS A SIGN 13.5 FEET
 LONG.
  
 3) PER SECTION 94-109 SIGN, EXTERNAL SIGN BAND OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE SIGN BAND
 SHALL BE CONSISTENT IN ITS PLACEMENT ON A SINGLE
 BUILDING SO THAT SIGNAGE FOR MULTIPLE TENANTS ARE
 ORGANIZED IN THEIR PLACEMENT. PROVIDE A PANORAMIC
 PICTURE OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING FRONTAGE OF 460 S.
 ROSEMARY AVENUE SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE
 PROPOSED SIGNAGE IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED SIGN BAND.
  
 4) PER SECTION 94-109 SIGN, EXTERNAL SIGN BAND OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SIGNAGE WITHIN
 THE BAND SHALL BE AFFIXED FLAT TO THE BUILDING FACADE.
 ONLY THE PROHIBITED RACEWAY IS AFFIXED FLAT TO THE
 BUILDING FACADE. THE FACE LIT CHANNEL LETTERS AND THE
 CHECK MARK ARE NOT AFFIXED FLAT TO THE BUILDING FACADE.
