 3} THE #4 CU GROUND RAN WITH THE FEEDERS FROM THE METER
 TO THE FIRST MEANS OF DICONNECT (PANEL "A") CREATES A
 PARALLEL PATH TO GROUND WITH THE NEUTRAL AND MUST BE
 REMOVED. AN ISOLATED NEUTRAL AND EQUIPMENT GROUND ARE
