 2007 FL. RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2009 REVISIONS TO
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". THEREFORE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ARE HIGHER THAN -90PSF. SELECTED ASSEMBLY ON
 PAGE 11 OF PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS GOOD FOR
 -90PSF. ACCORDING TO NOTE #7 ON PAGE 2 OF PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED FULLY BONDED ASSEMBLIES DESIGN
 PRESSURES CAN'T BE INCREASED NOT EVEN BY RATIONAL
 ANALYSIS. NEED TO SELECT A DIFFERENT APPROVED ASSEMBLY
 THAT MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301
 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 2- CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK. PERMIT APPLICATION STATES
 700SF OF ROOF AREA INCLUDING THE GUEST HOUSE. ACCORDING
 TO THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL WEBSITE THIS SQUARE FOOTAGEE
 DOESN'T MATCH THE SQUARE FOOTAG FOR THE HOUSE AND THE
 GUEST HOUSE. REVISE SQUARE FOOTAGE AS REQUIRED. PERMIT
 FEES WILL BE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
