 1) THE NOTE ON THE SURVEY STATES THAT THE AWNING WILL
 EXTEND TO FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.
 HOWEVER, WHEN THE EAST SETBACK, THE HOUSE AND THE
 PROPOSED AWNING DIMENSIONS ARE SUBTRACTED FROM THE LOT
 WIDTH, IT RESULTS IN A SIX (6) FOOT SETBACK. PLEASE
 CLARIFY WHICH IS CORRECT. IF SETBACK IS INDEED SIX (6)
 FEET THEN THE ZONING REVIEWER WILL REDLINE THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE PROPERTY SHOWS A LANDSCAPE
 HEDGE ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE. HOW IS THIS HEDGE
 AFFECTED BY THE PLACEMENT OF THE AWNING POSTS?
