 2. IF THE DRIVEWAY APPROACH OUT IN THE CITY ROAD
 RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW) IS TO BE REPLACED OR INSTALLED, THEN
 THE SIDEWALK WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH 6" OF
 CONCRETE AND AN ENGINEERING SERVICES PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR THE WORK IN THE ROW.
