 ON ONE OF THEM (BUT NOT ON THE OTHER ONE). IN THE PAST,
 WE TYPICALLY HANDLED THESE TYPES OF PERMITS BY ISSUING
 A SEPARATE PERMIT & ADDRESS FOR EACH SERVICE POINT.
 THEREFORE, I CALLED LISA LEONARDIS OF C.R. DUNN, INC. &
 LEFT HER A MESSAGE. I INQUIRED IF SERVICE POINT #2 WAS
 INVALID, AND IF SHE WANTED ME TO PROCEED WITH CROSSING
 OFF SERVICE POINT #2 ON THE OTHER SET OF PLANS.
 EVENTUALLY, SHE GOT BACK TO ME & CONFIRMED THAT HER
 CO-WORKER, RUSTY CROSSED OFF SERVICE POINT #2 & THAT
 INDEED THIS PERMIT WAS JUST EXCLUSIVELY REFERENCING
 SERVICE POINT #3 (NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF MONROE DR &
 S OLIVE AVE). I ISSUED THE UNOFFICIAL ADDRESS OF 3519 @
 S OLIVE AVE FOR SERVICE POINT #3. UNDER PCN#
 74434328090160010 IN COMMUNITYPLUS, I CREATED
 SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0109 - 3519 @ S OLIVE AVE. I
 MOVED THIS PERMIT FROM SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0079 -
 523 @ 24TH ST & CORRECTLY ATTACHED IT TO SEQUENTIAL
 UNIT RECORD 0109 - 3519 @ S OLIVE AVE. I ALSO ADJUSTED
 THE ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION TO 3519
