| AREA AROUND THE BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED IS NOT |
| CORRECTLY SHOWN ON THE PLAN. ALL PLANS SHALL BE |

| 2. A LANDSCAPE STRIP ALREADY EXISTS ON THE NEIGHBORING |
| PROPERTY ALONG THE EAST PERIMETER. THERE IS AN ACCESS |
| AGREEMENT BETWEEN THIS PROPERTY AND THE NEIGHBORING |
| PROPERTY TO THE EAST. EITHER THIS AGREEMENT NEEDS TO BE |

| 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF |
| PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED |
| ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING |
| THE REQUIRED CURBING, AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF |
| THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL |
| CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. A |
| LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE INCORPORATED AT THE SOUTHEAST |
| CORNER OF THE AREA OF RECONSTRUCTION. (THE PARKING ROW |
| ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING DOES NOT CURRENTLY |
| EXIST). |

| 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (B), ONE INTERIOR |
| LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY TEN |
| PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION THEREOR AND EACH ISLAND |
| SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. |

| 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (C), WHEN DIVIDER |
| MEDIANS ARE USED, THEY SHALL FORM A CONTINUOUS |
| LANDSCAPED STRIP BETWEEN ABUTTING ROWS OF PARKING |
| SPACES. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF SUCH A DIVIDER MEDIAN |
| SHALL BE FIVE FEET. SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES WITHIN A |
| DIVIDER SHALL BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS. THE |
| DIVIDER BETWEEN THE TWO PARKING ROWS, WEST OF THE |
| BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED COULD BE CUT OUT AND |
| LANDSCAPED. THIS ALONG WITH THE INTERIOR AND TERMINAL |
| ISLANDS WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO MITIGATE THE LOSS OF |
| GREEN AREA AND BRING THE PROPERTY CLOSER INTO |
| COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMAL STANDARDS. |

| 6. TWO COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN ARE REQUIRED TO BE |
| SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE INFORMATION |
| REQUIRED TO BE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS DEFINED IN |
| SECTION 94-448 (D). IN ADDITION, ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS |
| ARE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE 120% COVERAGE AND AN IRRIGATION |
| PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. |

| 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A), LANDSCAPE |
| AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY |
| NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE |
| CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D". |

| 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446 (2), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE |
| MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION. ALL UNHEALTHY OR DEAD |
| MATERIAL SHALL BE REPLACED WITHIN SIX MONTHS. PLEASE BE |
| ADVISED THAT THE GRASS ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD IS |
| ALMOST ALL WEED. PLEASE RESOD THE LANDSCAPE STRIP AND |
| REPLACE ALL UNHEALTHY PLANT MATERIAL TO AVOID CODE |
| ENFORCEMENT ISSUES. IN ADDTION, ONE TREE IS REQUIRED |
| FOR EVERY THIRTY LINEAR FEET OR FRACTION THEREOF ALONG |
| THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE. NO TREES CURRENTLY EXIST. IF |
| YOU CHOOSE TO PLANT TREES, THEY MUST MEET FPL STANDARDS |
| FOR PLANTING TREES NEAR OR UNDER POWER LINES. |
