 FEET IN HEIGHT.....THE PROPOSED "POOL GUARD" IS NOT
 CONSIDERED A "PERMANENT FENCE." IT APPEARS THAT ONLY A
 SMALL PORTION TO THE EAST OF THE EXISTING RESIDENCE
 NEEDS TO BE ENCLOSED.
