 1) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT ALLOW
 EXPOSED NEON SIGNS - THIS INCLUDES NEON WITH A CLEAR
 COVER. NEON IS ONLY PERMITTED HIDDEN FROM VIEW IN BACK
 LIT SIGNS.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MATER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT TEXT
 HEIGHT ON SIGNS BE SIZED BETWEEN 8 AND 12 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT. PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE SIGN TEXT ON THE
 PLANS. NOTE: THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS A
 VARIANCE FROM THIS PROVISION PROVIDED THAT IT IS IN
 WRITING BY CITYPLACE.
  
 3) IT APPEARS FROM THE STRUCTURAL PLANS THAT THERE ARE
 EXPOSED FASTENERS. THE CITYPLACE MATER SIGN PLAN
 REQUIRES THAT ALL FASTENERS BE CONCEALED.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MATER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS ONE SQUARE FOOT
 OF SIGNAGE PER ONE SQUARE FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE
 PROPOSED SIGN IS 191.6 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE WHILE THE
 FRONTAGE IS 100 FEET.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS CITYPLACE TO
 GRANT VARIANCES FROM 4 ABOVE. PROVIDE A NOTARIZED
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED THE
 SPECIFIC VARIANCE FOR THE PROPOSED SIGN.
  
 THESE COMMENTS HAVE BEEN SENT TO CARLOS BERNAL AT
