 UNRECORDED, WHICH COULD AFFECT THIS SURVEY AND
 BOUNDARIES." THEREFORE, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DETERMINE

 1. THERE IS A 20??? SITE TRIANGLE AT THE BACK OF THE
 SIDEWALKS ALONG 53RD STREET AND BROADWAY. THE WALL IS
 SLIGHTLY INTO IT. ADD A CORNER CUT TO THE WALL.
 2. ALSO, THE HEDGE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS IS INTO THE
 SITE TRIANGLE AND THIS HEDGE CAN NOT BE MORE THAN 18???
 HIGH. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE WALL SHOULD BE MOVED
 BACK IF A HIGHER HEDGE IS WANTED WITH IN THE SITE
 TRIANGLE.
 3. THE DRIVEWAY APPROACH WORK IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW)
 OF 53RD STREET WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE ROW PERMIT FROM
 THE ENGINEERING SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TRAFFIC DIVISION.
