 PAPA, AND THERE WAS ALREADY AN EXISTING PRIMARY ADDRESS
 ON FILE OF 8001 VIA VILLAGIO (GENERAL ADDRESS FOR THIS
 ROW PARCEL). UNFORTUNATELY IN GIS, MY PREDECESSOR MADE
 AN HONEST MISTAKE BY HAVING 8001 VIA VILLAGIO
 REFERENCED AS A NONEXISTENT SECONDARY ADDRESS ON PCN#
 74414224160000130, SO I MADE THE CORRECTION IN GIS TO
 HAVE IT CORRECTLY TIED TO PCN# 74414224160180000. IN
 COMMUNITYPLUS, I ALSO MOVED THIS PERMIT RECORD FROM
 PCN# 74414213010010000 - 8100 IBIS BLVD TO BE ATTACHED
 INSTEAD TO PCN# 74414224160180000 - 8001 VIA VILLAGIO.
 I ALSO MADE THE CORRECTION ON THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 APPLICATION. I WILL BE RETURNING THE SITE PLANS BACK
 INTO THE INCOMING BOX OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

 1. PLANS THAT HAVE BEEN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT CANNOT BE ALTERED BY
 ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL DESIGNER. THE CHANGE IN
 SIZE OF THE ROYAL PALMS WILL BE PLACED ON THE PLAN AS A
 PROVISO BY PLANNING AND ZONING.
  
 2. THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATES THAT ONE ROYAL PALM WILL BE PLANTED FOR EACH
 HOUSE AND THAT A TOTAL OF 47 ROYAL PALMS WILL BE
 INSTALLED. THE PLAN SHOWS THAT THERE ARE 65 HOMES.
 PLEASE CLARFIY.
  
 3. THE SHADE TREES TO BE INSTALLED MUST BE OF THE
 SPECIES ORGINALLY APPROVED UNLESS A MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 IS APPROVED. ANDERSON CREPE HIBISCUS, SILVER TRUMPET
 AND HONG KONG ORCHID WERE THE APPROVED TREE SPECIES.
 THE PROJECT DESCRPTION ON THE PERMIT INDICATED THAT
 CRAPE MYRTLE WOULD BE PLANTED.
