 2007 FL. RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 2- IF BUILDING IS INSURED FOR $300.000 OR MORE, THEN
 NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE ROOF MITIGATION SEC. 611.8 OF
 2009 REVISIONS TO THE 2007 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE. ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL THE STRUCTURE
 IS WORTH MORE THAN $300.000. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ROOF TO WALL
 CONNECTIONS. THIS IS DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT AND
 IT CAN'T BE DONE BY THE ROOFING CONTRACTOR UNLESS
 ROOFING CONTRACTOR HOLDS A GENERAL, BUILDING OR
 RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 3- FLAT ROOF COMMENTS:
 A) ACCORDING TO THE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE, NOA 07-1203.01
 SUBMITTED FOR FLAT ROOF IS SUPERSEDED. NEED TO PROVIDE
 CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) CLEARLY MARK WHICH FLAT ROOF BASE SHEET FASTENING
 OPTION IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 C) PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #7. SUCH CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 ANY OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONALS LISTED ON THE GENERAL
 LIMITATION. SEE GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF
 NOA SUBMITTED.
 NOTE: DESIGN PROFESSIONAL TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION
 THAT THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" WHEN
 DOING THE CALCULATIONS.
  
 4- ACCORDING TO COPY OF CONTRACT SUBMITTED THERE ARE
 TWO NEW SKYLIGHTS TO BE INSTALLED. NEW SKYLIGHTS IS OUT
 OF THE SCOPE OF WORK OF THE ROOFING CONTRACTOR UNLESS
 ROOFING CONTRACTOR HOLDS PROPER LICENSE TO PERFORM SUCH
 WORK. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 5- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR THE SKYLIGHTS TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 6- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 ONLY ONE WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 7- SHOW ON ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL HOW IS THE TILE
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 TILE ATTACHMENT RESISTANCE AND DESIGN PRESSURES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 IF ADHESIVE IS USED, THEN PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. SEE ROOF TILE NOA FOR LISTED TYPE OF
 ADHESIVES TO BE USED.
