 HUNG WINDOWS IS FOR THE 2004 FBC AND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
 FOR THE CURRENT CODE WHICH IS THE 2007 FBC. HOWEVER,
 THE MIAMI DADE NOA THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS CURRENT AND
 ACCEPTABLE WITHOUT THE FL COVERSHEET.
  
 13) THE TRUSS LAYOUT AND DRAWINGS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW FOR SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCES. HOWEVER, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO BE GIVEN TO
 THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AT THE ROOF FRAMING INSPECTION.
 BECAUSE THE TRUSS INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED IT WAS
 REVIEWED AND A NUMBER OF DEFICIENCIES WERE FOUND AS
 FOLLOWS. THE TRUSS LAYOUT AND DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE THE ORIGINAL SIGNATURE OF THE TRUSS ENGINEER PER
 FS471. SIGNATURE STAMPS AND COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
 THE ROOF LOADS DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE PLANS. THE
 BOTTOM CORD LIVE LOAD FOR THE ROOF TRUSSES IS REQUIRED
 TO BE A MINIMUM OF 10 PSF PER FBC R301.5. THE LOADS ARE
 NOT SPECIFIED ON THE TRUSS LAYOUT. THE TRUSS DRAWINGS
 ARE MISSING REQUIRED INFORMATION SUCH AS UPLIFT,
 WINDSPEED, DESIGN CRITERIA, ETC. PAGE 8 OF THE TRUSS
 DRAWINGS SPECIFIES THE WRONG EDITION OF ASCE 7, WHICH
 SHOULD BE ASCE 7-05 FOR THE 2007 FBC. PAGE 1 LISTS THE
