 LONGER VALID IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. IN FACT THE SEAL
 HAS NOT BEEN VALID FOR MANY YEARS. THE RULING UNDER
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 61G15-23.001 REQUIRED
 ENGINEERS TO UPDATE THEIR SEALS TO NEW REQUIREMENTS.
 THIS RULE WAS PASSED IN FEBRUARY OF 2004. THE STATE DID
 GRANT AN EXTENSION HOWEVER THE FINAL DATE OF EXTENSION
 WAS DECEMBER 31ST 2005. AT THAT TIME THE SEALS WITH THE
 WORDING OF *CERTIFICATE* WERE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE OR
 TO BE USED.
 THE LICENSE NUMBER ON SAID PLANS IS STILL VALID WITH
 THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION.
 PLEASE OBTAIN NEW SEAL. PLEASE SIGN, DATE AND SEAL NEW
