 MAXIMUM OF 12 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED TEXT
 HEIGHT INCLUDES LETTERS UP TO 24.6 INCHES TALL. THE
 CITYPLACE SIGN MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS A VARIANCE FROM
 THIS PROVISION.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES WRITTEN
 CONSENT FOR ACRYLIC LETTERS.
  
 3) PROVIDE A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY
 HAVE GRANTED THE SPECIFIC VARIANCES LISTED ABOVE.
