 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN
 EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK (25 FEET FROONT SETBACK WITHIN THE ZONING
 DISTRICT FOR THE SUBJECT SITE). HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED
 TEN FEET IN HEIGHT IN ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(C)(1): ADDITIONAL
 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS. MULTIFRONTAGE LOTS. UNLESS
 OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THIS CHAPTER, THE REQUIRED FRONT
 SETBACK SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL LOTS HAVING FRONTAGE
 ON MORE THAN ONE STREET.
