 ACCURATELY REFLECT THE SITE CONDITIONS (SEE ATTACHED

 2. THE PROPOSED SIGN LOCATION IS SHOWN IN A DRIVE
 AISLE. SHOW THE SIGN WITH EXACT DIMENSIONS AND SETBACKS
 FROM CONGRESS AVE. AND THE PROPERTY LINES ON THE REVISE
 SURVEY/SITE PLAN.
  
 3. THE SIGN SHALL BE LOCATED SO THAT THE VIEW LOOKING
 SOUTH FOR A DRIVER AT THE STOP BAR IS NOT IMPEDED.
  
 4. THE PROPERTY LENGTH ALONG CONGRESS AVE. IS 90.55
 FEET, THUS, THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SIGN MAY BE
 90.55 SQ. FT. THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 70 SQ. FT. ON A
 SIDE, TOTAL OF 140 SQ. FT. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 5. THE APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE THAT THE SIGN IS
 DOUBLE FACED AND THE TOTAL SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE, NOT
 JUST ONE SIDE.
