 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES SIGN TEXT TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF 8 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PROPOSED
 "AMERITRADE" TEXT HEIGHT IS SHOWN AT 6 INCHES.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS VARIANCES FROM
 THE PROVISIONS OF 1 AND 2 ABOVE. PROVIDE A NOTARIZED
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE GRANTED THE
 SPECIFIC VARIANCES NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT THE PROPOSED
 SIGN.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN
 MEASURES SIGNAGE ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT
 OF SIGNAGE FOR EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE.
 WHILE THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED SIGNAGE MEETS THIS
 STANDARD, THE "ALLOWED" SIGNAGE CALCULATIONS WHERE
 SHOWN INCORRECTLY.
