 GOT BACK TO ME & STATED THE SURVEYOR WAS WORKING ON

 RECORDED PLAT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY WITHIN A
 WEEK. THE COUNTY NEEDS THIS PLAT FINALIZED BEFORE THEY
 CAN APPROVE MY REQUESTED NUMERICAL ADDRESSING RANGES
 FOR EACH STREET SEGMENT. ONCE THE PLAT HAS BEEN
 FINALIZED & THE STREET RANGES ARE APPROVED, THEN I CAN
 PROCEED WITH ADDRESSING THE UNITS/LOTS.

 TECHNICIAN OF PALM BEACH COUNTY HAVE CLARIFIED AN ISSUE
 WITH ISABELLE (SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER) REGARDING THE
 INTERSECTION CONSISTING OF COCOPLUM SOUND LANE, FOXTAIL
 VIEW CIRLE & SAWTOOTH COURT. WE DECIDED THAT SAWTOOTH
 COURT & FOXTAIL VIEW CIRCLE WILL NOW BE RECOGNIZED AS
 ONLY ONE ROAD TO AVOID CONFUSION (INSTEAD OF TWO
 SEPARATE DISTINCT STREETS). THE STREET NAME OF FOXTAIL
 VIEW COURT (NOT CIRCLE) WILL BE RETAINED & SAWTOOTH
 COURT WILL BE DISCARDED (NOW THERE ARE NO LONGER FIVE
 NEW STREETS, BUT FOUR OF THEM.). THE FINALIZED FOUR

 THESE FIVE UNITS WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED OFF OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD, AS THEY TAKE ACCESS OFF ONE OF THE PROPOSED
 STREETS THAT I & THE SENIOR PROJECT MANGER AT LAND
 DESIGN SOUTH, ISABELLE ALARIE HAVE BEEN NEGOTIATING
 ABOUT. THE FOLLOWING FOUR PROPOSED STREET NAMES
 (WITHOUT THEIR STREET SUFFIXES) HAS BEEN APPROVED:
 SABAL TREE CT, FOXTAIL VIEW CIR, SAWTOOTH CT & OAKTON
 PRESERVE WAY. THE FIFTH STREET NAME, OAKTON SOUND (AND
 CYPRESS SOUND) HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, SO I HAVE
 REQUESTED ANOTHER PROSPECTIVE STREET NAME IN ITS PLACE.

 REFERENCED. THE TESTS SHOWED A MEAN ULTIMATE UPLIFT
 CAPACITY OF 126 PSF FOR PANELS ATTACHED WITH 8D COMMONS
 AND 292 PSF FOR THOSE ATTACHED WITH 8D RING SHANK.
 USING THIS TEST DATA AND A DESIGN PROCEDURE (REINHOLD
 2002) CALCULATED THE DESIGN UPLIFT PRESSURE FOR 19/32
 THICK PLYWOOD ROOF SHEATHING TO BE 58 PSF FOR THE 8D
 COMMON NAILS AND 150 PSF FOR 8D RING SHANK NAILS. THESE
 RESULTS SHOWED THAT THE 8D COMMON NAILS WOULD ONLY MEET
 ALLOWABLE DESIGN UPLIFT PRESSURES FOR SOME LIMITED ROOF
 CONDITIONS, ROOF HEIGHTS AND ONLY UP TO WIND SPEEDS OF
 120 MPH.
  
 2) THE REVISION TO DETAIL C/S3 ON SHEET S3 REMOVING THE
 FIRE RETARDANT FROM THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF SHEATHING
 THAT IS REQUIRED BY FBC R317.2.2 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH
 CODE. ALL PORTIONS OF THE TWO ROOFS SEPARATED BY THE

 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY AUGUST 7, 2009. IF

 PERMIT. IF UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT, THEN IT SHALL BE
 APPROVED PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THE INDIVIDUAL
 MODEL. THE WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE USE OF
 THE BUILDING AS A MODEL UNIT.
  
 3) FIVE PARKING SPACES, ONE OF WHICH SHALL BE ADA
 COMPLIANT, SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE MODEL DWELLING
 UNIT. THE DRIVEWAYS MAY BE USED TO MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT, PROVIDED THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AND THE
 ACCESSIBLE AISLE BE INSTALLED. THE ROADWAY NETWORK TO
 THE PARKING SHALL ALSO BE IN PLACE (CONSTRUCTION SHALL
 HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED PERMITS).
  
 4) THE PLAT OF THE ENTIRE RESIDENTIAL TRACT, AS WELL AS
 SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOWING THE LIMITS OF WORK ARE
 REQUIRED.
