 COST-PROHIBITIVE. E) PROJECTS WITHIN CONES OF
 DEPRESSION ? RETENTION/DETENTION AREA LOCATIONS SHALL
 NOT REDUCE HYDRAULIC RECHARGE DISTANCES TO PUBLIC WATER
 SUPPLY WELLS IN EXCESS OF 2%, NOR SHALL WET
 RETENTION/DETENTION AREAS BE CLOSER TO PUBLIC WATER
 SUPPLY WELLS THAN 300 FEET.
  
 IMPERVIOUS AREAS:
 RUNOFF SHALL BE DISCHARGED FROM IMPERVIOUS SURFACES
 THROUGH RETENTION AREAS, DETENTION DEVICES, FILTERING
 AND CLEANSING DEVICES, OR SUBJECT TO SOME OTHER TYPE OF
 BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICE (BMP) PRIOR TO DISCHARGE FROM

 (A) INTENT. THE INTENT OF THIS SECTION IS TO MINIMIZE
 THE DETRIMENTAL HEALTH, SAFETY, GENERAL WELFARE AND
  IMPACTS OF VACANT
  LOTS AND CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ON THE RESIDENTS OF
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH; TO ENSURE THAT EACH VACANT
 LOT AND
  CONSTRUCTION SITE IS MAINTAINED, AND EACH CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY IS CONDUCTED IN SUCH A MANNER SO AS TO AVOID
  UNNECESSARY INCONVENIENCE AND ANNOYANCE TO THE GENERAL
 PUBLIC AND THE OCCUPANTS OF THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES;
  AND TO REQUIRE MAINTENANCE PRACTICES THAT WILL REDUCE
 THE AMOUNT OF SEDIMENT AND OTHER POLLUTANTS LEAVING
  CONSTRUCTION SITES DURING LAND DEVELOPMENT OR LAND
 DISTURBING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.

 - NO POLLUTION CONTROL PLAN SUBMITTED OR SUBMITTED WITH
 OUT ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT APPROVED STAMP.

 FOLLOWING INFORMATION;
 A) SILT FENCE NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED AROUND ANY AREAS TO
 BE DISTURBED. SHOW WHERE SILT SCREENS WILL BE INSTALLED
 B) FILTER FABRIC IS REQUIRED UNDER THE CATCH BASIN
 GRATES WITH ROCK BAGS AT ANY CURBED INLET ON-SITE TO
 STOP SOLIDS FROM ENTERING THE SYSTEM. SHOW THE
 PROTECTION OF ALL ON-SITE CATCH BASINS, SHOW PROTECTION
