 RESIDENCE. A SITE VISIT HAS BEEN DONE; THERE ARE FOUR
 ELECTRIC SERVICES TO THIS ADDRESS. THIS APPEARS TO BE
 MULTI FAMILY, CONSISTENT WITH PAPA RECORDS. PLEASE
 REVISE OR CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS INCONSISTENCY.
  
 C. THE PLAN STATES THAT THE SHUTTERS WILL BE INSTALLED
 BY THE OWNER, HER HUSBAND, AND "ANY OTHERS THEY DEEM
 NECESSARY". PROVIDE CONTRACTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION
 FOR THE OTHER INDIVIDUALS. PROVISIONS MUST BE MADE IN

 IS VERY SPECIFIC LANGUAGE IN ITEM #13 REGARDING
 INSTALLATION; THE OWNER MUST AGREE TO INSTALL THE
 SHUTTERS WITHIN OR EXCEEDING THESE PARAMETERS.
  
 F. THE PLAN SUBMITTED STATES THAT SHUTTERS WILL BE
 INSTALLED ON THE SECOND FLOOR. PER CONTRACTOR
 INFORMATION, PLEASE REVISE THIS AS IT IS MY
 UNDERSTANDING THAT IMPACT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE

 PREPARED BY A DIFFERENT ENGINEER. THE ENGINEER WHO
 PREPARED THE DRAWINGS IS REQUIRED TO STATE HIS WIND
 DESIGN CRITERIA FBC R301.
