 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-211(D)(5)C. - PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE FACADE'S CLEAR GLAZING. INCLUDING
 BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PERCENTAGE OF REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED. A MINIMUM OF 50% CLEAR GLAZED AREA OF THE
 FACADE, BETWEEN TWO AND EIGHT FEET (SHOW AREA WITH
 DASHED LINES ACCORDINGLY) FROM THE GROUND SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FOR THE WINDOWS LOCATED
 ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE FACADE, THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-211(D)(7) - WINDOWS SHALL BE
 VERTICAL OR SQUARE IN PROPORTION. THE PROPOSED WINDOWS
 DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE PROPORTION REQUIREMENT;
 B. PURSUANT TO PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-211(D)(9),
 MULTIPLE WINDOWS IN THE SAME ROUGH OPENING SHALL BE
 SEPARATED BY A FOUR-INCH WIDE POST AND SIT ON ONE
 CONTINUOUS SILL (THE SILL IS NOT SHOWN); AND,
 C. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-211(D)(10) - OPENING SHALL BE
 A MINIMUM OF TWO FEET FROM BUILDING CORNERS. PROVIDE
 DIMENSION ON PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
 D. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-211(D)(13), ALL WINDOWS,
 SHALL BE OPERABLE. ACCORDING TO WINDOW SCHEDULE ON PAGE
 A-2, WINDOW "B" IS DEPICTED AS FIXED.
  
 4. REVISE SHEET A-1 "SOUTH ELEVATION" AS PROPOSED OR
 SIMILAR, SINCE IT IS NOT THE DEMOLITION ELEVATION AS
 SHOWN ON SHEET D-1.
