 CHECKLIST.
 REVIEW UNDER FBC 2004 WITH 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD NEEDS TO SIGN, SEAL AND DATE (AND
 PROVIDE ALL HIS INFORMATION) THE NEW SCREEN ENCLOSURE
 LAYOUT SHEET.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD NEEDS TO UPDATE HIS FIRM
 CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION. ACCORDING TO THE DBPR
 RECORDS THIS LICENSE IS IN DELINQUENT STATUS. SEE
 ATTACHED COPY. PROVIDE PROOF THAT LICENSE IS UP TO DATE
 TO CONTINUE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
  
 4- SPECIFY FOOTING SIZE. THIS IS PART OF THE STRUCTURE
 DESIGN. EVEN IF THE CONCRETE SLAB IS EXISTING STILL THE
 FOOTING SIZE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE ENGINEERING
 DRAWINGS.
  
 5- REVISE THE MAXIMUM OVERHANG SIZE ALLOWED BY THE SIDE
 WALL. MAXIMUM OVERHANG FOR SIDE WALL IS 12". SEE SHEET
 1 OF 1 OF DRAWINGS OF FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL7561
 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO COORDINATE INFORMATION CIRCLED
 IN THE ENGINEERING DRAWINGS AND TABLES WITH THE
 INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE LAYOUT SHEET.
 EG: COORDINATE SIZE OF BEAMS, COLUMNS, COLUMN SPACING,
 PANEL OVERHANGS, ETC.
