 THE OCCUPANCY SUMMARY. PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION
 401.1 SCOPE AND TABLE 403.1 MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED
 PLUMBING FIXTURES.
  
 2. SHEET P-1 SANITARY PLUMBING ISOMETRIC DETAIL #2:
 ONLY THE FIXTURES WITHIN THE BATHROOM GROUP SHALL
 CONNECT TO THE WET-VENTED HORIZONTAL BRANCH DRAIN. (THE
 MOP SINK SHALL CONNECT DOWNSTREAM OF THE BATHROOM
 FIXTURES). PER FBC- PLUMBING SECTION 909.1 WET VENT
 PERMITTED.
  
 3. SHEET P-1 GENERAL PLUMBING NOTES #15, STATES THE
 FOLLOWING "FURNISH AND INSTALL APPROVED AIR CHAMBERS AT
 EACH PLUMBING FIXTURE AND PDI APPROVED SHOCK ARRESTORS
 ON MAIN LINES AND RISERS". PLEASE KNOW THAT AIR
 CHAMBERS ARE NOT APPROVED BY FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION
 604.9 WATER HAMMER AND SHOULD BE DELETED FROM PLANS.
 604.9 WATER HAMMER.
 THE FLOW VELOCITY OF THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
 SHALL BE CONTROLLED TO REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF WATER
 HAMMER. A WATER-HAMMER ARRESTOR SHALL BE INSTALLED
 WHERE QUICK-CLOSING VALVES ARE UTILIZED. WATER-HAMMER
 ARRESTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS. WATER-HAMMER ARRESTORS
 SHALL CONFORM TO ASSE 1010.
  
 4. SHEET P-1 POTABLE WATER PLUMBING ISOMETRIC DETAIL
 #2: PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING
 SECTIONS.
  
 A} DELETE THE AIR CHAMBERS ON THE RISER DIAGRAM. PER
 SECTION 604.9 WATER HAMMER (REFERENCE COMMENT #3).
  
 B} PROVIDE THE REQUIRED THERMAL EXPANSION CONTROL FOR
 THE WATER HEATER. PER SECTION 607.3 THERMAL EXPANSION
 CONTROL.
  
 5. SHEET P-1 WATER HEATER DETAIL #6: PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE FOLLOWING PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTIONS.
  
 A} CLEARLY INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THE WATER HEATER
 SHELF FROM FINNISH FLOOR TO THE TOP OF THE SHELF. PER
 SECTION 501.1 SCOPE.
  
 B} CLEARLY INDICATE THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURE AND
 PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE. PER SECTION 504.4 RELIEF VALVE.
  
 C} CLEARLY INDICATE THE T & P RELIEF VALVE IN THE TOP
 6 INCHES OF THE TANK BEING SERVED. PER SECTION 504.4.1
 INSTALLATION.
  
 D} CLEARLY INDICATE THAT THE T & P RELIEF VALVE SHALL
 DISCHARGE FULL SIZE TO A SAFE PLACE OF DISPOSAL SUCH AS
 THE FLOOR, WATER HEATER PAN, OUTSIDE THE BUILDING OR AN
 INDIRECT WASTE RECEPTOR. THE DISCHARGE PIPE SHALL NOT
 HAVE ANY TRAPPED SECTIONS AND SHALL HAVE A VISIBLE AIR
 GAP OR AIR GAP FITTING IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE WATER
 HEATER. PER SECTION 504.6.1 DISCHARGE.
  
 E} CLEARLY INDICATE THAT THE WATER HEATER PAN SHALL
 NOT BE LESS THAN 1-1/2 INCHES DEEP AND THE PAN DRAIN
 PIPE SIZE SHALL BE MINIMUM OF 3/4 INCHES IN DIAMETER.
 PER SECTION 504.7.1 PAN SIZE AND DRAIN.

 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE
 OLD PLANS, CLEARLY INDICATE THE REVISION ON THE NEW
