 108.3 WPB AMENDMENTS. INDICATE FUEL TYPE AND KW RATING
 ON THE APPLICATION.
  
 1} SURVEY AND SITE PLANS INDICATING THE PROPOSED
 LOCATION OF THE GENERATOR. GIVE DIMENSIONS FROM
 PROPERTY LINES AND ALL STRUCTURES. INDICATE ANY
 EASEMENTS INVOLVED. THE GENERATOR MAY NOT INTRUDE MORE
 THAN 4 (FOUR) FEET INTO A SETBACK, AND MAY NOT EXHAUST
 CLOSER THAN 5 (FIVE) FEET TO A DIRECT OPENING IN THE
 RESIDENCE. CONTACT THE WPB ZONING DEPARTMENT FOR
 DETAILS REGARDING SETBACKS.
  
 2} A GAS PERMIT MUST BE APPLIED FOR NATURAL GAS OR LP
 FUELED GENERATORS. SUBMIT INFORMATION COMPLIANT WITH

 EQUIPMENT WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICE AND SEPARATE
 STRUCTURES. NOTE: DISCONNECT REQUIRED TO BE SERVICE
 RATED PER 225.36. THIS INCLUDES THE TRANSFER SWITCH IF
 LOCATED AS A MAIN SERVICE DISCONNECTING MEANS. ALSO
 110.9 FOR AIC RATING.
  
 D) MANUFACTURER SETBACK RECOMMENDATIONS FROM
 STRUCTURES.
  
 E) IDENTIFY LOADS TO BE SERVED, PROVIDE A PANEL
 SCHEDULE FOR GENERATOR PANEL.
  
 F) LOADS MUST NOT EXCEED GENERATOR OUTPUT. SUBMIT A
 LOAD CALCULATION FOR THE LOADS TO BE SERVED IF AN
 AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH IS BEING INSTALLED.
  
 G) THE INSTALLATION OF THE SLAB, PAD OR BASE IS
