 ALLOWED CAN NOT EXCEED 50 PERCENT. REVISE OPENINGS OR
 USE ANOTHER METHOD TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. THERE ARE NOT
 ANY WALLS OF THE ADDITION ADJACENT TO UNCONDITIONED
 SPACE SHOWN ON THE PLANS. THE CEILING INSULATION IS
 LISTED AS R3-0 ON THE FORM AND IT SHOULD BE R30. THE
 OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE FORM. PLEASE

 THE TOTAL NET FREE VENTILATING AREA SHALL NOT BE LESS

 TO 1 TO 300, PROVIDED AT LEAST 50 PERCENT AND NOT MORE
 THAN 80 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA IS
 PROVIDED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF
 THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET (914 MM)
