 1- AS PER BUILDING OFFICIAL, NEIL MELICK, NEED TO
 PROVIDE A LETTER SIGNED BY THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING
 (NOT THE TENANT)TO ACKNOWLEDGERESPONSIBILITY TO
 HAVE THE AWNING COVER REMOVED PRIOR TO ANY WIND EVENT
 WITH PROJECTED SPEEDS OF 75 MPH OR GREATER.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. IT WAS UPDATED TO $6,867 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.THEREFORE OWES $87.71 FOR
 UPDATED VALUATION.
  
 3- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY

 A.AWNINGS AT THE SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL PROJECT A
 MINIMUM OF FOUR FEET FROM THE BUILDING FACADE AND HAVE
 A MINIMUM OF NINE FEET IN CLEARANCE FROM THE SIDEWALK

 B.AWNINGS ON STORIES ABOVE THE SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL
 PROJECT A MINIMUM OF THREE FEET FROM THE BUILDING
 FACADE. VALANCES SHALL NOT EXCEED EIGHT INCHES IN
 HEIGHT.
