 1) A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SPECIFY THE APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE AND THE DESIGN
 CRITERIA ON THE PLANS. SPECIFY THE BASIC WIND SPEED,
 THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY, COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES
 FOR THE WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS. SEE 2004 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL SECTION R301.
  
 4) PROVIDE BUCK FASTENING DETAILS FOR THE WINDOW AND
 DOORS. SEE FBC R613.6 AND FBC 106.1.2* CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 13-600. THE OWNER AGENT IS REQUIRED TO
 SIGN THE FORMS.
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE
 WINDOWS AND DOORS HAVE INSTALLATION DRAWINGS WITH
 INCOMPLETE INFORMATION. SUBMIT COMPLETE DRAWINGS. DCA
 RULE 9B-72.
  
 7) FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE TYPE OF ROOM THE ENCLOSED PORCH WILL BE
 ON THE PLANS. FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 9) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THAT ENCLOSING THE PORCH WILL
 NOT AFFECT THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS FOR
 THE SLEEPING ROOMS AS REQUIRED BY FBC R310.
  
 10) PROVIDE AN EXTERIOR WALL SECTION. SPECIFY
 INSULATION (R-VALUE), FURRING, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
 WALL COVERINGS. FBC 106.1.2* CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 11) SPECIFY TERMITE TREATMENT ON THE PLANS. FBC R320.
