 REROOF ONE BUILDING, BUT THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT
 ADDRESSES ON THE APPLICATION.PLEASE GO TO
 WWW.PBCGOV.COM/PAPA, PRINT THE AERIAL MAP OF THIS
 PARCEL, AND INDICATE WHICH BUILDING IS TO BE INCLUDED
 IN THIS PERMIT IF THIS PERMIT IS FOR A BUILDING WHICH
 IS "COMMON AREA" AS INDICATED ON THE PARCEL ID.
  
 B.IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS A QUADPLEX OF
 TOWNHOMES.IF THIS IS THE CASE, A SEPARATE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED FOR EACH PARCEL (AND YOU CAN DISREGARD THE
 COMMENT 2A).TWO SETS OF COMPLETE PERMIT DOCUMENTS
 (APPLICATION, PRODUCT APPROVALS, ETC.) ARE REQUIRED FOR
 EACH PERMIT UNLESS YOU "MASTER" ONE SET OF PERMIT
 DOCUMENTS ($250 ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE MASTER).
  
 3.AS THE INFORMATION REGARDING DESIGN PRESSURES WAS
 NOT PROVIDED, A COMPLETE CHECKLIST CANNOT BE PROVIDED.
 HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS
 REQUIRED FOR ZONES 2 AND 3 (PERIMETERS AND CORNERS,
 RESPECTIVELY), A LETTER STATING WHAT THAT ENHANCED
 FASTENING PATTERN WILL BE WILL BE REQUIRED.IF THE
 EVALUATION REPORT REQUIRES ENGINEERING, THEN
 ENGINEERING WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED.THIS IS ADVISORY
 AND CANNOT BE DETERMINED UNTIL THE EVALUATION REPORT IS
 PROVIDED.
  
 4.WILL THIS CONTRACTOR BE APPLYING TO REROOF OTHER
 BUILDINGS?IF YES, PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING THE
 BEST WAY TO EXPEDITE THIS PROCESS.IF NOT, OR IF THE
