 ELEMENTS) AND IIIB HAVE BOTH BEEN DECLARED.DETAILS ON

 A REPAIR, HOW MUCH WILL BE REPAIRED, FBC EB 511.
 CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK FBC*106.
  
 10. THE FLOOR JOISTS FOR THIS HOUSE ARE 2X6S, BUT THE

 DIAGRAM BEING INDICATED ON SHEET A2. PLEASE CLARIFY IF
 IT IS THE INTENT TO REPLACE THE SANITARY SYSTEM WITH
 NEW PIPE IN THE SCOPE OF WORK. PLEASE KNOW THAT A

 B} SIZE ALL WASTE PIPING AND WATER-SEAL TRAPS. PER

 C} HORIZONTAL WASTE PIPING AND STACK FOR THE WASHING
 MACHINE SHALL BE 3 INCH AND THE WASHING MACHINE
 WATER-SEAL TRAP SHALL BE 2 INCH. PER SECTION 406.3
 WASTE CONNECTIONS.
  
 D} A 3 INCH CLEANOUT FOR THE WASHING MACHINE STACK IS
 REQUIRED AND IT SHALL BE LOCATED AT FOUR FEET ABOVE
 FINNISH FLOOR (4" A.F.F.) PER SECTION 708.9 ACCESS.
  
 E} PER THE LOCATION OF THE WASTE STACK FOR THE KITCHEN
 SINK A 2 INCH WASTE ARM IS REQUIRED FOR THE KITCHEN
 SINK. PER TABLE 906.1 MAXIMUM DISTANCE OF FIXTURE TRAP
 FROM VENT.
 NOTE: WITH HAVING TO INSTALL A 2 INCH WASTE ARM FOR
 THE KITCHEN SINK PLEASE KNOW THAT THE STRUCTURAL
 INTEGRITY OF THE EXTERIOR WALL IS AFFECTED AND THE WALL
 WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED PER FBC-2004 RESIDENTIAL
 SECTION R602.2.7 DRILLING AND NOTCHING-STUDS.
  
 F} THE LAVATORY WATER-SEAL TRAP CAN BE EITHER 1-1/4
 INCH OR 1-1/2 INCH. PLEASE KNOW THAT IF ITS SIZED 1-1/4
 INCH A CLEANOUT SHALL BE REQUIRED AT THE BASE OF ITS
 WASTE STACK. PER SECTION 708.7 MINIMUM SIZE, EXCEPTIONS
 (1), AND SECTION 708.3.5 BASE OF STACK.
