 1)PLEASE INDICATE THE SCOPE OF WORK CLEARLY ON THE
 SURVEYS, SHOWING THE PROPOSED ASPHALT WITH DIMENSIONS
 AND SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 2)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING FACADE).
  
 NOTE:TOTAL IMPERMEABLE SURFACE WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 MAY NOT EXCEED 226.25 SQUARE FEET.
  
 NOTE:DRIVEWAY MUST MAINTAIN A MINIMUM SETBACK OF ONE
 (1) FOOT FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINES TO ALLOW FOR
 ADEQUATE DRAINAGE.
