 ONLY ONE COPY OF THE INSTALLATION AND OWNER'S MANUAL
 WAS PROVIDED.I CANNOT DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THIS
 IS REQUIRED FOR ONE OF THE OTHER REVIEWERS; THIS WAS
 NOT REQUIRED FOR MY REVIEW.
  
 NEITHER ITEM WAS REQUIRED FOR BUILDING REVIEW BUT MAY
 HAVE BEEN REQUIRED BY ANOTHER TRADE.THE MANUAL HAS
 BEEN STAMPED BY ELECTRIC (WHICH INDICATES THAT THIS
 INFORMATION WAS REQUIRED), BUT ONLY ONE SET WAS
 INCLUDED IN THE RESUBMITTAL PACKAGE.THE ELECTRIC
 REVIEWER IS NOT IN THE OFFICE TODAY, SO I AM UNABLE TO
 ASK HIM.HOWEVER, IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S
 RESPONSIBILITY TO ALWAYS SUBMIT TWO COMPLETE,
 IDENTICAL, COLLATED, BOUND SETS OF PERMIT DOCUMENTS.
 THIS HELPS TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS AND PREVENT
 DELAYS.
  
 PLEASE RESOLVE PAPERWORK ISSUES WITH OTHER TRADES.

 UPLIFT AND SLIDING AND TO PROVIDE CONTINUOUS LOAD PATHS
 FOR THESE FORCES TO THE FOUNDATION.WHERE A PORTION OF
 THE RESISTANCE TO THESE FORCES IS PROVIDED BY DEAD
 LOAD, THE MINIMUM DEAD LOAD LIKELY TO BE IN PLACE
