 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW:

 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS/INFORMATION ARE REQUIRED FOR
 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 1.SCOPE OF WORK SERVICES, SPECIFICATIONS STATES BILL
 MARTIN RENOVATIONS, INC. WILL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, TO
 PERFORM THE FOLLOWING WORK. REMOVE OLD TUB AND VANITY,
 REMOVE AND INSTALL NEW DRAIN AND SHOWER PAN, INSTALL

 SHOWER FIXTURES. THE ABOVE STATED WORK IS THAT OF A
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR PER FS 489.105 (3)(M) NOT A GENERAL
 CONTRACTOR AND A PLUMBING PERMIT IS REQUIRED.

 PRACTICE; RESTRICTIONS.--(3) A CONTRACTOR SHALL

 COURTHOUSE - 4TH FLOOR RECORDING DEPT. 205 N. DIXIE
 HWY., BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. PER FS 713.13 (2):
 IF THE IMPROVEMENT DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS NOT ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS
 AFTER THE RECORDING THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS VOID AND OF
