 FROM THE LANGUAGE IT APPEARS THAT THIS AREA HIGHLIGHTED
 IS NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS WORK, "OUTSIDE SCOPE OF
 WORK", BUT I THINK THAT THE LANGUAGE MEANS EXTERIOR. IS
 THIS CORRECT?THE LABEL "SCOPE OF WORK" APPEARS IN
 TWO PLACES BUT DOESN'T POINT TO ANYTHING.SCOPE OF
 WORK IS CLARIFIED ON OTHER SHEETS BUT PLEASE REVISE
 THIS SHEET FOR CONSISTENCY.

 FBC11-4.1.3(11).PLEASE SHOW THE TURNING RADIUS,
