 FOR UPDATED PERMIT VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
  
 2-PLEASE COORDINATEWITH ZONING TO SEE IF PROPOSED
 PORCH MEETS THE REQUIRED SETBACKS.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
 SHOWING ALL THE DESIGN CRITERIA REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1
 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.NEED TO SPECIFY ALL
 LIVE LOADS, DEAD LOADS, WIND LOADS AND UPLIFT LOADS.
 PROVIDECOMPLETE FOUNDATION PLAN,FLOOR PLAN AND ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN. SPECIFY ALLSTRUCTURAL MEMBERS SIZES AND
 CONNECTIONS.
  
 4- PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGNNEEDS TO PROVIDE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE IN ALL DRAWINGS.IF ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN, THENSIGN AND
 SEAL DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 AND 471
 RESPECTIVELY. SEC. 106.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 5- SPECIFY ROOF PITCH TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SLOPE
 REQUIRED FOR ROOF SHINGLES SEC. R905.2.2 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6- SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE
 FOR MINIMUMTYPE AND SPACING OF NAIL REQUIRED FOR ROOF

 7- SPECIFY ATTACHMENT OF PROPOSED PORCH TO EXISTING
 STRUCTURE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITHTHE CALCULATED
 WIND LOADS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 NOTE:TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THIS IS A MOBILE
