 STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS DOCUMENTS. PLEASE
 RECTIFY.
  
 2. STRUCTURES UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR
 DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 3. COMBUSTIBLE WASTE MATERIALS, DUST, AND DEBRIS SHALL
 BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT OR
