 EXCEED THIRTY-SIX (36) INCHES IN HEIGHT BY 60 PERCENT
 OF THE STOREFRONT WIDTH.THIS SIGN BAND SHALL BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE FIRST TWO STORIES OF THE BUILDING.
 IF THE STOREFRONT USES AWNINGS, THE COPY OR LOGO ON THE
 VALANCE SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS SQ. FT. AGAINST THE
