 MONUMENT SIGN AND THE PROPOSED TREE.PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THIS DISTANCE SEPARATION MAY VARY ON THE TYPE OF TREE.
 PLEASE CONTACT ROBERT KUSSNER, LANDSCAPE PLANNER, FOR
 OPTIONS.
  
 4. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE PROVIDED:
 A. THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA SHALL EXTEND TWO FEET
 FROM THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE BUFFER TO THE PARKING SPACE
 (CURRENT LOCATION OF THE WHEEL STOPS), AND BE TWO
 PARKING SPACES IN WIDTH; OR
 B. THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE AREA SHALL BE LOCATED
 ELSEWHERE ON SITE WHERE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE IS NEEDED
 (I.E. REAR OF PROPERTY).
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL (NEW) LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE
 SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY A TYPE "D" CURB.
  
 6. ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION, THE PROPOSED
 PROJECT IS A SELF STANDING ELECTRICAL SIGN.PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-402(B)(1), SIGNS WHICH INCORPORATE
 FLASHING OR MOVING LIGHTS ARE PROHIBITED SIGNS.PLEASE
 REVISE.IF THE PROPOSED SIGN IS AN ILLUMINATED SIGN,
 THAN PLEASE STATE SO IN THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
