 1- NEED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA
 STATUTE.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FORGARAGE DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 4- ENGINEER TO SPECIFY TYPE OF DOOR TO BE USED FOR
 GARAGE DOOR LEADING TO THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R309.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR STORM SHUTTERS.
 PROVIDEINSTALLATION KEY PLAN AND COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE.ALSO,
 CLEARLY MARK ON DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS,
 EG: WALL MOUNTED, BUILT OUT, ETC,AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED. THIS WILL EXPEDITE REVIEW
 PROCESS AND WILL SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION.SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6- CLARIFY HOW R-19 INSULATION IS GOING TO BE ACHIEVED
 ON THE EXTERIOR CONCRETE BLOCK WALL AND ON THE 2X4
 ADJACENT FRAME WALL?. SEE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
 NOTE: R-19 BATT INSULATION DOESN'T FIT IN A 2X4 WALL.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE AND CORRECT INFORMATION ON TOP OF
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS FORM. INCLUDING CORRECT NAME OF
 BUILDER.
  
 8- INFORMATION ON PLANS AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS NEED TO
 MATCH.COORDINATEINSULATION VALUE FOR EXTERIOR AND
 ADJACENT WALLS TO MATCH.
  
 9- ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKING THE CEILING FANS
 CREDIT. THEREFORE, CEILING FANS SHALL BE INSTALLED.
 SPECIFY CEILINGFAN SIZES IN ALL ROOMS AS REQUIRED BY

 1} THE RISER DIAGRAM INDICATES A 150 AMP MAIN, THE

 200 AMP. IF THIS IS A METER/ MAIN CHANGE THE RISER TO
 REFLECT A METER/ MAIN.

 SMALL-APPLIANCE BRANCH CIRCUITS, EITHER OR BOTH OF
 WHICH SHALL ALSO BE PERMITTED TO SUPPLY RECEPTACLE
 OUTLETS IN THE SAME KITCHEN AND IN OTHER ROOMS
 SPECIFIED IN 210.52(B) (1). ADDITIONAL SMALL-APPLIANCE
 BRANCH CIRCUITS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SUPPLY RECEPTACLE
 OUTLETS IN THE KITCHEN AND OTHER ROOMS SPECIFIED IN
