 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 REVISIONS. THIS INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS.

 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3)SUBMIT AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR SHOWING THE
 PROPOSED WORK. THE EXISTING DRAWINGS SHALL INDICATE THE
 AREAS OF THE DAMAGE DRYWALL IN THE ELECTRIC ROOM AND
 THE KITCHEN AREA. SUBMIT AN ELEVATION DRAWING OF THE
 SERVICE COUNTER WHICH MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC
 11-7, WHERE A PORTION OF THE COUNTER IS A MINIMUM OF 36
 INCHES IN LENGTH AND A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES. IF
 THE NEW WALL WILL BE USED AS A SERVICE COUNTER, IT
 SHALL MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS ALSO.
