 DIRECTLY BELOW AND NO PART OF THE CLOTH DROP SHALL BE
 LESS THAN 7 FEET. INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE HEIGHT OF
 THE AWNING FROM THE FINISH GRADE TO THE BOTTON ON THE
 FRAME.
  
 2)FBC 106.1.1 CONSTRUCTIION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE AND RELAVANT
 LAWS AND ORDINANCES. THE DRAWINGS SHALL INDICATE

 1) THE COLORED SITE PLAN STATES THAT THE AWNINGS WILL
 BE ON THE SOUTH FACADE, YET THE PLANS SHOW THE AWNINGS
 WRAP AROUND TO THE WEST FACADE - PLEASE STATE CORRECT
 SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 2) THE PHOTOS INCLUDED ON THE PLAN SHEET SHOW EXISTING
 AWNINGS ON THE SOUTH BUILDING FACADE.A DEMO PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED TO REMOVE THESE AWNINGS.
  
 3) PROVIDE A PHOTO OF WHAT THE AWNING WILL LOOK LIKE -
 EX. FROM ANOTHER LOCATION WITH THIS TYPE OF AWNING.
  
 4) PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE HEIGHT OF THE AWNING
 ON THE BUILDING - BOTH THE HEIGHT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE
 AWNING FROM THE GROUND AND THE HEIGHT OF THE BRACE
 LOCATION.
  
 5) PROVIDE APPROVAL FROM THE CITYPLACE CDD THAT THE
 AWNING ON THE WEST FACADE WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THEIR
 MAINTENANCE OF THE ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS.NOTE THE
 SIDEWALK IS IN THE EASEMENT AND THE AWNING WILL
 OVERHANG THE SIDEWALK.
  
 6) PROVIDE A DIMENSION OF THE SIDEWALK ON THE WEST
 FACADE.THE AWNING SHALL NOT EXTEND FARTHER THAN THE
 SIDEWALK.
  
 7) THE AWNINGS APPEAR TO OVERLAP EACH OTHER.HOW IS
 THIS GOING TO BE ACHIEVED?
  
 8) THE PHOTOS SHOW AN AWNING FRAMEWORK OVER A DOORWAY
 THAT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANY OF THE AWNINGS ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 9) LARGE AWNINGS, AS SHOWN IN THE LOWER RIGHT HAND PLAN
 VIEW, WILL REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT.
